HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
Hydraulic cylinders (also called jacks, bottle jacks, presses, small presses, vials, pumps, or small pumps) are driving elements used in equipment or tools that use hydraulic fluid (oil) to apply linear force. 700 bar or 10,400 Psi hydraulic cylinders, jacks or jacks are used to move heavy objects. This can be done by raising, lowering, pushing and/or pulling them. Aria Fan Bartar hydraulic cylinders work on the basis of a high-pressure hydraulic system. This means that the cylinder can withstand a working pressure of 380 bar. The hydraulic pump forces the hydraulic oil into the cylinder. The pressure in the cylinder increases, causing the cylinder plunger to fall out
What types of returns are there
Four return methods that can be used to return the plunger to the cylinder after the lift is complete: Gravity return; the plunger returns by load or other external force. Spring return; the plunger is reset by a spring built into the cylinder. Hydraulic return to oil; the plunger is retracted by hydraulic pressure. The cylinder whose plunger extends and returns hydraulically is also called a double-acting cylinder.
What are the advantages of hydraulic jacks?
Compared with ordinary jacks, hydraulic jacks can easily lift heavier loads to higher heights with very little force. In order to achieve this output, both small and large cylinders are connected by hydraulic oil, which helps to reduce the manpower applied to lifting.
A hydraulic cylinder consists of several parts: Saddle Plunger Stop ring Protective hood Lining strap Cylinder housing Carrying handle Seal Lining strap Return spring Coupler
